ABOUT US

Warley Community Association

The Warley Community Association (WCA) was formed in 2008 with the sole objective to raise funds to repair a local landmark.  It has since developed into a fully fledged community group which organises village events, runs activity and special interest groups and manages projects to develop and improve Warley

Everyone involved volunteers their time for free and as such all money raised is fed back into community projects or used to meet the essential costs of running the Association and it’s activities

We have a formal Constitution and an elected Management Committee who oversee everything and ensure the Association operates in line with the aims and objectives of the Constitution, but the majority of our work is undertaken by an army of volunteers on an informal and fun basis.  There are plenty of different things to get involved in whether it’s helping out on one of the projects or manning a stall at our Country show, everyone is welcomed with open arms.

The Association runs and manages the whole of this website but in this specific section you will find out all you need to know about the Association itself, what you can get involved in today as well as things we have undertaken in the past.  Just click on the relevant menu selection to find out more
